The meeting holding procedure
- upon completion of registration of participants in the constituent meeting, the initiative group, announcing the purposes of the meeting, the number of invitees and the number of those present at the meeting, based on the results of registration of participants, opens the work of the constituent meeting and for the organized conduct of the meeting, as well as the protocol of the Founding meeting, proposing to elect a Chairman and Secretary of the meeting (Sample No. 2)
- candidates for the position of Chairman of the meeting and Secretary proposed by the participants of the Founding meeting are elected by open voting. The Chairman of the meeting announces to the meeting participants the Agenda of the Founding meeting proposed by the Organizing Committee and, by open voting, approves the Agenda with the amendments and additions received. The meeting proceeds to discuss the first issue on the Agenda, makes a decision on the establishment of a service cooperative and the adoption of its charter with amendments and additions (Sample No. 9). The meeting moves on to consider the second issue on the Agenda, the election of the governing bodies of the service cooperative. The meeting participants first determine the quantitative number of the governing bodies, and then proceed to nominate candidates for the governing bodies personally. Elections of governing bodies are held by closed voting. A Counting Commission is elected to organize closed voting and count votes, as well as announce the results of voting to meeting participants. The Counting Commission begins to fulfill its duties. At this time, the meeting participants begin to consider the following issues on the Agenda, determine the size of the entrance (membership), authorized (share) contribution and authorized fund, as well as the number and share of each founder of the service cooperative of the authorized (share) fund. Then they move to the point of state registration of the service cooperative. By this time, the Counting Commission, having completed the preparation of ballots for the election of the governing bodies of the service cooperative and the ballot box, invites the meeting participants to begin voting. Upon completion of voting and counting of votes, the Counting Commission announces the voting results for the meeting participants (Sample No. 6), (Sample No. 7), (Sample No. 8), (Sample No. 10), (Sample No. 11), (Sample No. 12), (Sample No. 13). At the end of the meeting, time is devoted for answering questions, suggestions and wishes, received from meeting participants as well as comments on the meeting conducting.
