Primary service cooperative

- a service cooperative is a voluntary association of individuals and legal entities who recognize the charter of the cooperative, have made membership and statutory (share) contributions in the amount provided for by the charter, created within a certain locality (or several small nearby localities), with the goal of satisfying economic, social and other the needs of its members through the organization and development of entrepreneurship, as well as the effective, rational use of available resources, through the coordination of the actions of entrepreneurs

Members

- members of the service cooperative can be residents of the corresponding locality, both ordinary buyers, consumers of various goods and services, and small, medium, and large businesses that are producers of consumer goods, industrial and technical purposes and various services.

Organizational ctivities

- an initiative group on its territory (village, town, block, residential area, microdistrict, urban settlement, etc.) carries out explanatory work on organizing a service cooperative among active entrepreneurs, enterprises and citizens, after which an organizing committee is created that convenes general meeting on the establishment of a service cooperative, where a decision is made on the creation of a service cooperative and its charter, after which the state registration of the cooperative is carried out.
